Tasks & Responsibilities

- Delivering consistently high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in the finished product

- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals with a positive outlook

- Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines

- Completing assigned tasks as directed by the lead painter or supervisor

- Skilfully matching patterns and trimming edges for a seamless finish

- Setting up scaffolding, ladders, and drop cloths to shield adjacent areas from paint splashes

- Prepping surfaces by stripping old paint and wallpaper, repairing woodwork, filling in holes and cracks, and ensuring surfaces are smooth and sealed

- Applying paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

- Must be willing to travel for work, including to regional areas

Qualifications & Experience

- At least 2 years of experience in painting coupled with formal training

- Possession of a valid White Card, personal hand tools, and reliable transportation

- Must have EWP (SL & BL) License
