About the Job At its core, the role of the Senior Campaign Manager within the Media team at Bolster is to oversee and manage our top-tier client campaigns, as well as mentor a team of Campaign Managers / Coordinators / Assistants. The position is responsible for meeting and exceeding client (as well as internal) expectations through the effective planning, implementation, management and analysis of our media campaigns. The Senior Campaign Manager serves as the client’s main source of expertise with regards to digital performance and consumer marketing. Their goal is to ensure that we are constantly providing value to our clients, and that our relationships are productive (achieving results / KPIs), efficient (maximising productivity / reducing wasted resources) and healthy (everyone is happy). Media: We amplify brands within impactful media, ensuring our clients are in front of the right people at the right time. What You’ll Be Doing Campaign Management 70% - End‑to‑end campaign management across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic display, audio, video and digital OOH - Collaborate with media publishers to brief, negotiate and execute campaigns across offline and online channels (display, native, editorial, radio, OOH, TV / BVOD and more) - Campaign strategy and channel planning - Work closely with the Client Partnerships team to manage the client relationship from campaign inception to campaign conclusion - Fostering strong relationships with clients, publisher / platform reps, as well as internal teams within the Group - Set‑up conversion and pixel tracking, Google Tag Manager or other measurement tools - Generate, adapt and edit copy for paid channels, in collaboration with clients - Schedule ads and manage campaign budgets – including invoicing – with military precision - Closely monitor, troubleshoot and optimise campaign performance, to meet client objectives - Escalate scope and billing requests to the Client Partnerships team with urgency - Carefully manage expectations at all times and keep clients informed via frequent updates - Analyse and visualise data and results to compile end of campaign reports including insights - Act as a soundboard for clients and share strategic thinking and recommendations - Maintain a delightful client service experience at every touchpoint, build strong relationships Team Mentorship, Management & Training 20% - Conduct weekly 1on1 meetings with (2-3) direct reports to promote open communication - Monitor the progress of direct reports month to month, via progression plans - Effectively delegate and oversee the delivery of work, ensuring the highest standard - Provide support to both direct reports and other members of the Media team, as required - Supervise annual performance reviews of direct reports, with support from the senior team - Mentor and train reports in the areas of adtech, performance / programmatic / offline media - Contribute to training and development of junior team members Admin 10% - Attend and play a role in leading during internal team meetings including WIPs, training sessions and ad‑hoc brainstorms - Stay in the loop with marketing trends / tech, share thought leadership with clients and peers - Work closely with the Media team to provide general assistance and refine our way of working - Represent Bolster with the highest levels of professionalism at industry events, client meetings and agency group functions - Support the Head of Media on reporting relating to media billings and revenue Requirements - 3+ years background in a fast‑paced digital / marketing / media / advertising environment - Proactive and self‑motivated nature – you don’t wait to be told what to do or how to do it - Superior time management and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail - Experience in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, DV360, TikTok Ads, Vistar, Google Campaign Manager 360, GA4, Google Tag Manager (not all are requisites, training will be provided) - TV planning and buying experience would be advantageous for this role and exposure to programmatic buying platforms (DSPs) or Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) desirable - Proficiency with analytics tools such as Rubii, Whatagraph, Supermetrics, Data Studio, Excel / Google Sheets and project management software like Slack, Monday.com, Notion and G Suite - Ability to communicate technical information succinctly and articulately, without ambiguity - Proven history of managing and building rapport with clients, colleagues and stakeholders - Track record of using data to identify an insight or an opportunity to provide value - Ability to manage budgets, clear accountability for financial performance and ROI delivery, plus exceptional end of month reconciliation - Genuine passion for marketing trends, tech and a commitment to continuous improvement - Previous people management highly regarded, exceptional delegation skills are essential - An understanding and love of music and other cultural pillars that our clients sit within - Brownie points for previous history with offline / traditional media and / or PR Our Culture - Eyes on culture.
