About this team

The team is responsible to lead all initiatives and technology capabilities that optimize guest loyalty and retention across both online and offline channel. Our team develops cross channel connected guest journeys and leverage data to advise on marketing programs that influence consumer behavior at key points in the guest journey and positively impact success KPI’S. We will be looking after all markets across APAC.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing email & sms communications, assisting on specific projects that will require experience with CRM marketing communications, including email, SMS & more channels in the future. You will work alongside the Brand & Community & ecommerce team to design & get content alignment.

A day in the life

- Lead and execute end-to-end email and SMS campaigns — from content creation and asset coordination to QA, scheduling, and post-campaign reporting — with precision and accountability.
- Initiate and own KPI frameworks for campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous optimization across customer segments and lifecycle stages.
- Build and refine audience segmentation strategies to maximize engagement and revenue, leveraging behavioral and transactional data for personalized messaging.
- Manage the email marketing calendar in close coordination with ecom, merchandising, and internal stakeholders, negotiating priorities and timelines across teams.
- Drive A/B testing initiatives including subject lines, content, CTAs, send times, and segmentation strategies. Maintain a robust testing calendar and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to optimize email creatives and templates, ensuring brand consistency and performance best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and hygiene through regular database cleansing, re-engagement efforts, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Generate and present detailed campaign reports with a focus on accuracy, insights, and strategic recommendations for future improvements.
- Support CRM operations and lead CRM-initiated projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Make strategic recommendations for tailored email templates and journey enhancements based on performance data and customer feedback.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in email marketing and preferably with CRM exposure
- Have experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Analytics
- Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices for optimized conversions by different segment groups and create effective email journey
- Create dynamic emails for targeted emails
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, ampscript, and sql is plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
