The Opportunity

Design and deliver personalised CRM and email campaigns that nurture leads and convert them into enrolments for MBS programs. You'll bring data, creativity, and technology together to create engaging journeys across the student lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to:

  • Join a top ranked business education provider
  • Drive enrolments for our various programs and offerings

Some key accountabilities will also include:

  • CRM Campaign Management
  • Content and Campaign Execution including automated journeys, triggered communications and retargeting
  • Personalisation and Marketing Automation using Microsoft D36 and other MarTech tools
  • Audience segmentation including delivery of relevant communications that maximise engagement and minimise fatigue
  • Data and Insights through dashboards and reporting
  • Collaboration across channels to ensure consistency in messaging and which enhance cross-channel performance and student experience
  • Compliance and data governance including maintaining CRM data accuracy

About you

Analytically minded, you will bring to us your extensive expertise developing and optimising CRM and email campaigns ideally using Microsoft D365 or similar platforms. Innovative in your thinking, you will also have an ability to create personalised journeys which drive conversions and which improve the customer experience. Your experience will ideally be complemented by tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
