As a Fire Service Coordinator, your main focus will be scheduling technicians, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring that clients are receiving excellent service. You'll be the key liaison between the technicians, clients, and management, playing a vital role in keeping everything running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance and urgent callouts

- Manage service requests and client communication

- Process and track work orders, quotes, and invoices using Simpro or Uptick

- Maintain up-to-date records of inspections, defects, and compliance reports

- Support technicians with job planning and parts ordering

- Provide a high level of customer service and problem-solving

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a Fire Service Coordinator or Service Administrator role

- Strong knowledge of Simpro or Uptick CRM systems (preferred)

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively

- Understanding of fire compliance, testing, and maintenance schedules preferred
