Based in Wingfield in a modern premises. We have approximately 100 employees on site. We sell new and used trucks and buses and provide service and parts to our customers.

About the role

Are you passionate about finance and customer service? We’re looking for a part time Business Manager F&I to join our team at South Central Truck & Bus. This role forms part of the Truck & Bus Finance team who are located in our Derrimut office in Victoria. You will support dealership sales and customer satisfaction targets by providing tailored finance and insurance solutions in a professional and ethical manner.

This role will be responsible for

- Assisting customers in securing finance for Volvo, Mack & UD vehicles.
- Present tailored finance options and close applications in line with compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams across multiple branches.
- Maintain accurate records and report weekly finance and insurance results.
- Ensure all processes align with company policies and legislative requirements.
- Promote and practice workplace health and safety standards.

Demonstrated skills

- Accreditation to sell insurance (NCCP, FSRA, Privacy).
- Police Check (mandatory).
- Knowledge of the General Insurance Code of Practice, Anti-Money Laundering, and Counter-Terrorism legislation.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Previous experience in the automotive or heavy truck finance industry (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills.
- High attention to detail and commercial acumen.
