Thredbo Food

Thredbo Alpine Hotel are seeking multiple dedicated and driven Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team across the multiple venues both on mountain and off mountain. We are seeking all-rounders to support daily operations, including roles like Baristas, Bartenders & Cocktail Makers, Fine & Casual Dining Servers and Cashiers, or a combination of these roles.

About the role

- Jump into any food & beverage outlet and help the team all over the mountain to make the guest experiences memorable

- Ensure all cash handling and transactions are correctly processed with no discrepancies

- Demonstrate strong skills in customer services and your chosen area of hospitality service, be it behind the bar, at the coffee machine, back of house, or on the floor.

- Ability to maintain high safety and health standards

About You

- Possess or be able to obtain a current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or relevant interstate equivalent if eligible)

- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Role is desirable

- Basic food prep or back of house experience is desirable

- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and can handle pressure with professionalism
