Mercedes-Benz Waverley has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Luxury Pre-Owned Vehicle Salesperson.

While working in our state-of-the-art facility, you will have access to the country's most extensive range of Mercedes-Benz Certified cars and be part of this professional, friendly, and customer-focused team.

About the role

As a Preowned Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for showcasing our impressive range of preowned Mercedes-Benz vehicles to our esteemed customers.

Your main duties will include

- Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, providing detailed product information and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our pre-owned vehicles to potential buyers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

- Collaborating closely with our finance and insurance teams to offer customers tailored financing options and additional products, maximising sales potential.

- Manage and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and efficient follow-up.

Who are we looking for?

- Previous experience in automotive pre-owned sales, preferably in the luxury vehicle market.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.

- Ability to think outside the square

- A valid driver's license.
