About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities & WHS Coordinator to join our Head Office team. This is a dynamic role that combines workplace health and safety leadership with facilities coordination, supporting our commitment to a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead WHS programs and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Sanitarium’s WHS Management System.

- Coordinate WHS training, inductions, emergency response procedures, and return-to-work processes.

- Manage Head Office building maintenance, contractor coordination, and internal service requests.

- Administer Tool of Trade fleet and provide support to field sales teams.

- Oversee security access, seating plans, and storage management.

- Supervise two direct reports: Head Office Concierge and Material Labourer.

- Collaborate with internal departments, site WHS personnel, and external vendors.

What You’ll Bring

- Tertiary qualification in WHS (Minimum, Certificate in WHS)

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in WHS coordination, policy writing, and training delivery.

- Experience leading and developing staff.

- Strong organisational, communication, and relationship management skills.

- High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams.
