In this role, you’ll oversee critical projects from concept to completion - collaborating across teams to deliver outcomes on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Apply now Snapshot of the role - Lead planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning of plant and fixed assets. - Maintain and oversee project governance frameworks - Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and budgets. - Ensure all necessary building and regulatory permits are obtained - Prepare and manage project budgets including cost tracking and forecasting. - Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, engineering consultants, and local authorities. - Liaise with internal stakeholders including facilities, operations, engineering, procurement, and safety teams. - Ensure compliance with applicable Aerospace specifications, Australian codes and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, AS 4024, NCC/BCA). - Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies. - Maintain site safety during project execution in alignment with QS procedures, WHS Act and Regulations. - Ensure installed assets are functionally integrated into site operations. - Lead operational readiness reviews and ensure proper documentation, training, and maintenance plans are delivered. - All other duties and responsibilities as appropriate What we are looking for - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent - Minimum 5 years’ experience managing industrial installation and infrastructure projects - Proven experience delivering projects within Australian regulatory frameworks - Formal training / qualification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) desired - Experience operating in ISO 9100/14001/45001 desired Who we are For over two decades, we have enabled people to do great things in Aerospace globally.
