About the Role

As a Garden Team Member at Green by Nature, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team delivering high-quality garden maintenance services. In this full-time role, you will work closely with our experienced crew to ensure our clients' properties are kept looking pristine and well-manicured.

Responsibilities include:

- Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas.
- Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.

About You

- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Drivers License
- White Card
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
