**Gardener - casual position 2/3 days per week-**

Francesco Fine Gardens is seeking a skilled **Gardener **to join our dedicated team.

**About Us**: Established in 2021, Francesco Fine Gardens is a family boutique gardening and soft landscaping company servicing the Melbourne Inner/ Eastern suburbs and the Mornington peninsula area.

We offer a tailor-made gardening service to high-end residential and commercial properties combining technical skills, plants knowledge and a profound passion and care.

We take pride in our commitment to sustainable practices including the use of electric/battery powered equipment.

The company is growing fast and we are looking for an experienced gardener to join us on a casual basis of 2/3 days per week with the possibility to convert to full time/ part time.

We offer a salary according to current Award however the rate is negotiable based on experience and skills.

**The position of Gardener includes the following responsabilities**:

- Perform routine garden maintenance tasks, including pruning, weeding, lawn mowing, mulching and fertilizing.
- Monitor plant health and address any issues promptly.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment.
- Assist with irrigation system checks and repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient garden upkeep.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
- **Requirements**:

- Previous experience in garden maintenance.
- Knowledge of plant care, pest control, and soil health.
- Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A valid driver’s licence, own vehicle is preferable however not essential.
