About the role

We’re seeking Garden Maintenance Team Members to support our landscaping and horticulture operations. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include

- Planting, weeding, pruning, and watering
- Lawn mowing, edging, and turf care
- Soil and mulch preparation
- Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
- Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Supporting your Team Leader and working effectively with your crew

What You’ll Need

- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance (preferred)
- Physically fit – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather
- Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- White Card
