Someone who puts excellence, compassion, connection and caring for other people at the heart of everything they do.As the **Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator**, you will orchestrate a highly effective and creative learner experience, ensuring our Workday Learning (WDL) platform is a high-quality, efficient, and captivating gateway to knowledge, directly supporting our vision for better and fairer care. This involves serving as the curator of our expansive 1,500+ course catalogue, meticulously managing the content details, tags, and regulatory alignment to help every staff member find and access what they need. You will empower our educators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by guiding them on best practices for content creation and platform usage, acting as a crucial internal partner.You will transform data into actionable insights by building key reports that assess program effectiveness, monitor learner engagement, and track regulatory compliance completion rates, driving continuous improvements across all learning programs. As the system’s best advocate, you will design and deliver WDL capability programs, teaching our users how to leverage new features and best practices.
