The Role
McLean Care is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at McLean Care's Killean Residential Aged Care facility, in beautiful Inverell in New South Wales.
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality clinical care to our aged care residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring dignity, safety, and person-centred support at all times.
About You
You are a caring and empathetic professional, passionate about making a difference in your community. You’ll have:
Essential
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
- Minimum 12 months’ practical experience post AHPRA registration + medication endorsement
- Strong clinical knowledge and a background in Residential Aged Care
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
- Team-focused mindset with initiative and adaptability
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to use smartphones/tablets and learn new systems
- Two recent managerial/supervisory referees
- Ability to obtain a free Police Clearance (organised by McLean Care)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Alignment with McLean Care’s core values
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards and Person-Centred Care
- Possess an AU driving licence and a registered/insured roadworthy vehicle to get to and from shifts.
- Willingness to undertake a full rotating roster.
