Overview

Enrolled Nurse - Targeted role at Hunter New England Local Health District. Permanent Part Time, 28 hours per week.

Remuneration: $32.79 - $35.63 Per Hour + 12% Super + Salary Packaging

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centred nursing care within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation care plans.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with individual patient goals.
  • Contribute to rehabilitation for patients recovering from Acute Stroke, Limb Amputation, neurological disorders, and aged care needs.
  • Develop advanced rehabilitation skills with a focus on enablement in inpatient settings.
  • Participate in education opportunities and clinical preceptorship with support from a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Qualifications
  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with no notations regarding medications.
