Task & Responsibilities

You will undergo the following responsibilities and tasks.

- Collaborated with stakeholders across the pharmacy network and head office departments to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new and enhanced software applications using collaborative platforms like SharePoint for documentation.
- Reviewed and evaluated existing processes using Power BI and advanced Excel to identify inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and opportunities for system improvement across POS Works and internal business systems.
- Recommended and supported the implementation of technology-driven solutions based on performance insights and business needs, including enhancements to POS Works, introduction of automated workflows, and use of advanced dashboards in Power BI.
- Applied project management methodologies using Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams to lead the end-to-end delivery of ICT projects — including planning, scoping, resource coordination, timeline tracking, and budget estimation.
- Oversaw functional solution deployment by developing and executing detailed test plans within Smartsheet and POS Works environments, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and alignment with operational requirements.
- Created user manuals, training documentation, and e-learning content stored in SharePoint; conducted remote and in-person training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new systems and enhancements across stores and head office teams.
- Developed detailed functional specifications, process flows (in Visio), and technical documentation for development teams, IT vendors, and support staff throughout the system development life cycle.
- Utilised Microsoft Visio to map and optimise existing business processes supporting accurate system design and efficient workflows.
- Served as a central reference point for system-related initiatives by providing expert guidance on POS Works, Power BI reports, and operational systems, driving informed decision-making and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum of a relevant IT Bachelor qualification
