- Organised and Reliable: Keeps the kitchen running smoothly by staying calm under pressure, following standard recipes, and maintaining attention to detail.

- Champions Safety: Knowledgeable in HACCP standards, food safety and resident allergies with a keen awareness of allergies and dietary needs.
- Setting the Standard: The ability to maintain the standard set out by the Catering Supervisor.
