Digital Marketing Specialist – Client Solutions Group
Join Macquarie Asset Management in the Client Solutions Group as a Digital Marketer. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for growth and client engagement across various industry-leading products including infrastructure, real assets, green investments, credit, insurance, real estate, public investments, and active ETFs through our public-facing websites.

What role will you play?
You will be integral to the strategy, design, execution, and measurement of web-based campaigns. You will collaborate with stakeholders including investment portfolio managers, senior sales leaders, marketing experts, and content management system managers.
This role manages the digital experience in APAC for Macquarie Asset Management’s public websites, supporting clients and prospects (such as institutional managers, financial advisors, and eligible investors), as well as stakeholders like governments, industry partners, and portfolio companies. Responsibilities include developing campaign and content strategies, overseeing web changes, monitoring site performance, optimizing for better results, and partnering internally to develop new technical features.
What you offer
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Growth Marketing team, with experience in web-based campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or related fields
- Knowledge of web best practices, including UX/UI, SEO, CRO, web performance, copywriting, usability, and accessibility; experience with tools like Figma, AEM, Google Analytics, SEMRush
- Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing performance data, communicating outcomes, and adapting strategies accordingly
