Digital Marketing Specialist – Client Solutions Group

Join Macquarie Asset Management in the Client Solutions Group as a Digital Marketer. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for growth and client engagement for industry-leading products across infrastructure and real assets, green investments, credit, insurance, real estate, public investments, and active ETFs through our public-facing websites.

What role will you play?

You will play a key role in the strategy, design, execution, and measurement of web-based campaigns. You will work closely with stakeholders including investment portfolio managers, senior sales leaders, marketing experts, and content management system delivery partners.

This role is accountable for the digital experience in APAC for Macquarie Asset Management’s public-facing websites, supporting clients, prospects, governments, industry partners, and portfolio companies by developing strategies for campaigns and content, overseeing web changes, monitoring performance, and optimizing for better results.

What you offer

- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Growth Marketing team, with experience in web-based campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field
- Understanding of web best practices, UX/UI design, SEO, CRO, web performance, copywriting, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience with tools like Figma, AEM, Google Analytics, SEMrush
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance, communicating outcomes, and adapting strategies
