Job purpose
We are seeking a talented Digital Solution Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Solution Specialist, you will be required to engage with all levels, both internal and external, to identify where great technology can positively influence either a customer experience or shift business outcomes for our clients. Technology underpins everything we do at LEVO, so this opportunity requires a solid technical understanding and an appreciation for great user experience and design.
The Digital Solution Specialist will be responsible for shaping, leading, and delivering digital advisory engagements for clients, including portfolio assessments, digital & technology strategy and roadmap engagements.
You will also be responsible for designing & architecting digital solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. This includes working with client stakeholders & LEVO's internal strategic design team to identify requirements, designing and architecting digital solutions, then providing ongoing advice and guidance to both the client and internal delivery team.
You will provide leadership over multiple client engagements or highly complex programs and projects, ultimately taking responsibility for the technical solution. You will also provide oversight and mentorship to the delivery team(s), ensure high-quality execution and delivery across all associated projects, and maintain an outstanding relationship with client leadership.
Additionally, you will provide exceptional thought leadership to support improved operations and go-to-market strategies for the organisation. You will lead teams on internal initiatives to develop and create marketable frameworks, methodologies, and focus areas.
**Responsibilities**:
- Shaping, leading, and delivering digital advisory engagements for clients, including portfolio assessments, digital & technology strategy, and roadmap engagements.
- Assist in the sales bid process by contributing solutions and implementation approach to RFI's, RFP's and pitch presentations
- Utilise deep understanding of Digital Experience, Commerce & Marketing technologies to make recommendations on solution and approach
- Identifying solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations to unlock potential for current clients
- Contributing to scope definition and estimates for Statement of Works, ensuring solutions are best practice and in line with client requirements
- Translating approved scope into solution designs and specifications to ensure successful handover to Delivery Teams for implementation.
- Design and architect digital solutions for clients across various Digital Experience and Commerce platforms, including Optimizely, CommerceTools, Sitecore, Adobe, Contentful, ContentStack, CommerceTools & BigCommerce.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design & architect digital solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide digital & architecture advice and guidance to delivery teams during the implementation of the solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical & architecture documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and other technical artifacts as required
- Ensure that digital solutions you architect are aligned with best practices and standards in the industry
- Provide exemplary client engagement and consulting experience, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee technical delivery and client relationships providing product and technical support to clients and Delivery Teams - coaching where necessary
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes
- Facilitating discovery workshops and meetings with client stakeholders
- Participate in strategy meetings with Leadership Team.
- Is detailed obsessed and loves solving problems
- Can work to deadlines
- Can clearly communicate (written and verbal) across all levels of internal and external team - from the C-suite through to testers
- Has a background in Management Consultancy, or experience working for a Big4 consultancy firm
- Is highly collaborative
- Excellent client engagement and consulting experience, with the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
