Ray White Rouse Hill & Box Hill, the area's #1 Rental Agency for several years running, is seeking a dedicated and driven Property Manager to manage a vast portfolio of over 150 properties in the area. We welcome applications from experienced Property Managers, leasing agents, rental property associates, and similar roles who are keen to excel in this field.

Key Duties

• Portfolio Management: Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of over 150 residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and fully occupied.
• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Maintenance Coordination: Arrange for necessary maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Leasing Activities: Market vacant properties to prospective tenants, handle leasing processes, and negotiate lease agreements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations.
• Reporting: Keep property owners updated with necessary reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with property owners, providing updates on property performance and market changes.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of contracts, agreements, and paperwork associated with property transactions.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Proven experience in property management or similar roles such as leasing agent or rental property associate.
• A track record of managing a property portfolio and ensuring top-notch service for property owners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.
