Role and Location
This is a Fixed term contract based across Melbourne's Central & Bayside Suburbs. Join Our Dynamic New National Sales Team at FarmaForce. Whether you're new to pharmaceutical sales or an experienced representative, this role offers an opportunity to kickstart or elevate your career in pharmaceutical sales while delivering value-driven solutions to medical professionals.
The Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in your assigned territory.
- Present and detail respiratory products effectively to healthcare professionals, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and clinical benefits.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provide educational support and training to healthcare providers, ensuring optimal product understanding and utilization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements within the respiratory field.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to align strategies and share market insights.
- Maintain compliance with Medicines Australia guidelines and internal company policies.
- Accurately document and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- There is an expectation to do a country trip to Bairnsdale and surrounding areas every 6 weeks.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 1 years experience as a sales representative or related experience in a sales position.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Full Australian working rights and reliable vehicle with 5 star ANCAP safety rating
