This recruitment pool may be used to fill similar vacancies until 31 July 2026. Fixed Term appointments may be extended and/or result in permanency. What is our Administrative Support Officer role? The role provides administrative and project support to the QEIIMC Trust office in accordance with legislation, policies and procedures. The successful applicant will contribute to service improvement initiatives of the QEIIMC Trust, TravelSmart and the QEIIMC Trust Travel Plan. Assist the TravelSmart and project teams in developing and implementing workplace travel demand management strategies including sustainable and alternative transport options. Manage Corporate SmartRider and eRideable applications and maintain accurate records and resources for transport services.
