You bring technical acumen along with strong people skills, and a detail-oriented approach to planning and execution. Knowledge of ServiceNow is helpful but not mandatory.

- Proven track record in managed service provider settings with adaptability and client focus.

- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.

- Excellent organisational abilities for handling multiple priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.

- Commitment to fostering a supportive team culture and knowledge sharing.

- Ability to identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation measures.
