Key Responsibilities

- Lead the migration to SharePoint, ensuring smooth data transfer, permission settings, and user adoption.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of technical work packages.
- Act as the key Steadfast lead with external vendors, managing deliverables, timelines, and costs.
- Provide governance and oversight, presenting project progress and risks to senior leadership and Steering Committees.
- Deliver project reporting that supports decision-making and highlights risks, dependencies, and insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience during transition activities.
- Drive adoption of SharePoint and data governance practices across the business.
- Mentor and coach team members within EPMO frameworks to build capability and improve delivery practices.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in large-scale SharePoint migrations and data governance projects.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and data classification (e.g., SITs, sensitivity labels, DLP).
- Project Management certifications such as Agile, PMBOK, or Prince2.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, especially with senior leadership.
- Experience managing IT and business projects in fast-paced environments, ideally within fintech or IT sectors.
- Familiarity with project delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS DevOps, MS Project).
- Effective coaching and mentoring abilities to support team development.
- Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.
