WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team.

We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest. This role requires travel to job sites across the area.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Construction Manager and site teams to plan and review the overall progress and status of projects

- Ensure timely procurement of materials and engagement of sub-contractors, considering specifications, cost, quality, schedules, and service standards.

- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitability.

- Lead client communication, manage expectations, and deliver positive project outcomes.

- Identify risks, manage contracts and variations, and resolve disputes effectively.

- Support tender submissions and build strong client and industry relationships.

- Champion safety, quality, and environmental standards across all projects.

- Lead, coach, and motivate Site Teams to achieve project objectives and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management, horticulture or relevant field

- Proficiency in contract management and contract administration

- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies

- Ability to resolve design and contractual conflicts and negotiate favourable outcomes

- Proven experience and commitment to quality, WH&S, and environmental management systems

- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
