Reporting to the Major Account Manager, you will represent our business servicing the needs of builders across south east QLD. About the role We are on the hunt for an Account Manager extraordinaire Are you ready to take your career to the next level? You will have previous sales experience at a Sales Representative/Account Management level or similar capacity. Your ability to build strong relationships in a B2B environment within the residential building industry will see you succeed in this dynamic role. Having a passion for outstanding customer service will result in delivering the required sales targets and KPI’s whilst adding real value to our customers. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter with proven results in driving sales growth in a target driven environment. Responsibilities - Consistently achieve sales, margin and product mix targets - Ability to attract new customers in addition to growing existing business - Analysis of sales and customer data to identify new opportunities - Effective management of a diverse Builder centric customer base - Development and implementation of sales plan and initiatives - Responsible for communicating and representing both the Hardings/Hudsons and wider TTHG brands to key industry stakeholders through sales meetings, training and industry events. Qualifications What you will bring to the role - A strong ability to develop and maintain B2B relationships and influence decision-making. - A comprehensive understanding and previous experience in the building industry with a focus on FOW Plumbing, Appliances, cladding and hardware products. - Previous experience in a similar sales role. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
