Your Role

Join the dynamic Dulux Trade marketing team on a fixed-term contract through to December 2026, where you’ll play a key role in executing B2B direct marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty platform channels. As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, creative flair, and sharp attention to detail to deliver personalised, automated communications. In this hand-on role, you will focus on the end-to-end customer lifecycle, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customer experience and commercial outcomes for Dulux Trade.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deliver end-to-end omni-channel campaigns from content creation through to execution in Hubspot, include post-campaign analysis.
- Develop customer journeys, campaign workflows, audience targeting, and content personalisation within HubSpot and other platforms across email, SMS, push, and loyalty channels
- Create and brief content for direct marketing activations, including hands-on copywriting and campaign asset build-out
- Activate and manage point-based offers within the loyalty platform, ensuring seamless integration with other member benefits
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements for future lifecycle marketing efforts
- Champion the operations of our direct marketing program, continuously refining and pivoting based on performance insights and opportunities in collaboration with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Skills & Experience

- Strong proficiency in HubSpot or similar platforms for marketing automation and customer journey management
- Strong attention to detail and creative flair for content creation and campaign execution
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights to optimise lifecycle journeys and campaign impact
- Bring a proactive and adaptable approach to applying performance data, new insights or feedback to optimise program performance
- Experience collaborating across teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
