Job Description
This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for internal and external roles across all clinical and support divisions. It would suit an agency or inhouse recruiter with expensive Clinical Trials/Pharma/Laboratory recruitment experience. This role will initially support the China and Australia teams, and the successful candidate must be able to speak and write Mandarin.
This initial 6 month contract role will be hybrid with 2 days based in our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Shanghai. This contract role may have an option of converting to permanent after the initial 6 months. The successful candidate will also be available for an immediate start.
Responsibilities Include:
- Business partner with Line Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative high volume recruiting strategies.
- Day to day drive the full recruiting lifecycle across senior and executive of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Grow and foster relationships with active and passive talent including talent mapping active talent pooling.
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release announcements. Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
- Attend meetings with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitmentprogress.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level.
- A minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience in clinical and or pharma/clinical recruitment. Laboratory recruitment experience will be highly regarded.
- High degree of familiarity and competence with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Personal integrity and respect for confidential information.
- Self-organised and methodical with a sense of urgency.
- An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
