Job Description

- Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing files independently
- Handle electronic settlements using PEXA
- Manage titles lodgement and compliance with the Queensland Revenue Office
- Provide general administrative support to the team when needed
- Maintain meticulous file management and stay on top of key dates
- Communicate professionally with clients, solicitors, and third parties

The Successful Applicant

- Minimum 2 years of QLD conveyancing experience
- Proficiency in conveyancing software (Leap, Smokeball, or similar)
- Strong PEXA experience - confident handling electronic settlements
- Impeccable attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while being a valuable team player
