You’ll oversee end-to-end collections for non-supermarket customers, manage the bad debt provision, and ensure compliance with the Group Credit Policy.Reporting to the Group Manager of Credit, you’ll be supported in delivering strategic outcomes, with a key focus in driving team engagement and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.This role offers flexible working arrangements—two days onsite in Docklands (Wednesday and Thursday) and three days from home—giving you the best of both worlds.**Responsibilities*** Lead, coach, and develop the Non-Grocery Collections Team to drive performance and engagement* Ensure collection targets are met in line with the Group Credit Policy* Build strong relationships with Sales, Customers, and the broader Credit function* Develop and implement effective collection strategies* Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems**About you*** Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)* Proven experience leading high-performing Collections or Credit teams* Demonstrated experience in project or process improvement* Strong understanding of credit controls and experience working with auditors* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage challenging conversations and stakeholders**Bega Group Story**Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
