Our Collections Officer role will maximise the timely recovery of debts for our clients. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential to build trusting relationships and ensure the successful delivery of outstanding outcomes for our clients.

**Your duties will include;**
- General collection activity on accounts within approved guidelines and policies.
- Making inbound and outbound calls to negotiate payment of debts on behalf of our clients
- Managing customer enquiries with empathy, resilience and negotiate a resolution by working within business processes and legislation.
- Answering customer requests in a timely manner (received via telephone or electronically), ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide relevant support services to customers and identify their needs based on each interaction.

**This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity**

**About You;**

If you have a demonstrated capability to deal with fast paced environments, manage your time effectively and be driven to exceed your KPI’s. You will be resilient and confident with the ability to separate facts from emotion while maintaining a positive mindset when dealing with challenging and demanding interactions.
- Minimum 12 months Collection experience.
- Available fulltime Monday to Friday
- Training on site and then the role will revert to Hybrid working arrangements.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- The drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade, influence and negotiate outcomes
- Empathy and resilience.
- Effective listening and questioning
- Ability to prioritise workload and make timely decisions to manage your files accordingly
- A desire for continued learning and improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Reliable, punctual and a commitment to the role

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
