This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day, dayshift only roster. This role is a residential position within the Parkes local area.

The current sub-level cave at Northparkes offers a solid 10-year mine life, including five years of development mining. Following this, Evolution Mining has a pipeline of future projects that will extend operations for another decade. As aServices Crew Member, you'll be the go-to for making sure the essentials—air, water, power, and ground support—are all flowing smoothly. You'll be hands-on, working alongside experienced crew members, learning the ropes, and playing a key role in keeping the underground site safe and productive.

Here's what you'll be doing:

- Getting stuck into ventilation , water, power, ground support, and compressed air tasks
- Helping out your mates and leaning on the Shift Supervisor when needed
- Pitching in with mine services—fixing up old infrastructure and helping install new gear like roadways, air, water, and cables
- Running logistics and stores trucks—moving explosives, ground support gear, and whatever else needs shifting
- Keeping safety front and centre, spotting risks, and doing things the right way
- Living the Evolution values every shift

About you

You're a reliable team player who's not afraid of hard work and knows your way around underground operations. You've got the tickets, the attitude, and the drive to get the job done.

What we're chasing:

- Based in Parkes or keen to make the move
- Previous experience within farming or construction trades background
- Confidence working in physically demanding environments and following safety protocols.
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification to work at heights and security clearance to handle explosives (or willingness to obtain).
- A current "C" Class Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
