Job Description
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to project teams.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses as required.
- Handle general office duties to ensure smooth project operations.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as directed by the project manager.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Support Officer should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach and attention to detail.
- A collaborative attitude to work well within a team setting.
