Our client, a VIC state Government Agency is looking for Technical Support Officer/Project Officer to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions.

**Skills/experience**
- Previous experience working in a customer support role
- Previous experience working in medium/large IT, change and/or transformation projects or programs as a support officer
- Proficient/strong use of MS Office suite in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Good understanding of project and change management methods
- Excellent team work and customer service skills
- High attention to detail
