Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor project budgets and expenses as required.
Handle general office duties to ensure smooth project operations.
Support ad-hoc tasks as directed by the project manager.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Support Officer should have: Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive approach and attention to detail.
A collaborative attitude to work well within a team setting.
