Your New RoleAs Lead Medico Legal Advisor, you will oversee a national team of Medico-Legal Advisors who are the first point of contact for members seeking advice on medico-legal risk, regulatory obligations, and employment matters. This is not a practising legal role but one that will see you apply your legal and medical knowledge in new and rewarding ways. In addition to providing guidance on complex issues, you will be responsible for managing resourcing and workflow, ensuring consistency of advice, and supporting the client experience across all three offices. With a strong team leadership focus, this role offers a unique opportunity to step away from day-to-day practice while still leveraging your expertise to influence outcomes and improve services for the medical community.
