We are seeking a motivated and customer focusedClient Liaison Officerto joinour First Aid team on permanent full-time basis working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm for 37.5 hours in a week in Belmont. The purpose of this roleis tomaintain and develop relationships with current and potential clients and grow the number of defibrillator locationsacross Western Australia, leading to dramatic improvements in cardiac arrest survivals in your community.

You will need to haveexcellent attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and askill for identifying and developing business opportunities while ensuring the needs of our customers are met.

What you'll do:

- Provide a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for current and potential clients
- Liaise with clients from our Salesforce database with the aim of converting them to active Community First Responder clients
- Support the Community First Responder team
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding the program
- Manage all existing client relationships whilst providing exceptional customer service
- Grow the database from referrals, both internal & external, follow ups and cold calls
- Assist with the updating of client registration details and data management
- Assist with both email & phone enquiries from current & potential clients.

What you'll need:

- Previous experience in a front-facing, customer service position
- Previous exposure to administrative duties
- Excellent phone manner
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service consistently
- High attention to detail with experience inputting data
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to represent the organisation in various forums
- Ability to be discreet when dealing with and handling sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work autonomously but also work with a close team
