Job Title: Cabinet Liaison Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Cabinet Liaison Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all incoming ministerial correspondence to the Department and providing timely and accurate responses, answers, and material for ministerial and parliamentary matters.

About the Role

The Cabinet Liaison Manager will play a key role in managing the activities of the Ministerial Liaison Unit (MLU) and overseeing the coordination of ministerial and parliamentary correspondence processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of the activities of the MLU;
  • Oversight and coordination of ministerial and parliamentary correspondence processes;
  • Relationship management and close liaison with the Premier's and Ministers' offices regarding ministerial requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of government and parliamentary processes;
  • Proven experience in ministerial liaison and stakeholder engagement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A customer-focused approach based on relationship building and communication;
  • Integrity, self-awareness, and leadership.
