Job Title

A Client Services Coordinator is required to maintain a high level of service for our clients.

">About the Role
  • Maintain client database and collate client packages to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as the Australian Taxation Office, to submit forms, make telephone calls, and obtain information/documents via secure portals.
  • Prepare and review documents, including forms and correspondence, to support the accounting team in providing quality services to clients.
  • Perform general administration duties, including regular reporting and meetings, to ensure deadlines are met and processes are streamlined.
  • Respond to client telephone calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, providing personable and quality service to clients.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Show ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Display expertise in IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications, utilizing technology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Show willingness to learn, be proactive, and have a 'can-do' attitude, embracing challenges and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Possess valid working rights within Australia.
