Client/Maintenance Liaison

Our client is a successful and well-regarded Perth-based builder, working across Residential & Commercial projects. Established over 20 years ago, they are renowned for their client-first approach and the high volume of repeat work they secure from clients.
The OpportunityYou will serve as the main point of contact, providing updates from the construction stage through to the maintenance phases of the project. You will also oversee the acquisition of Building Permits, requiring minimal engagement with local authorities.
- Supporting up to 30 clients - not project builds
- Providing clients with updates throughout the construction phase and up to six months post-maintenance
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outstanding client-centric approach and aim to advance their career with a company they take pride in representing in the market.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role for a residential builder
- Experience in Client and Maintenance Liaison for a project, Modular, or Custom home builder
- Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric focus
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full-time position with part-time considered
