Overview

Place Karalee are seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their Property Management department

Responsibilities

- Continuing to nurture and maximise existing client relationships and manage client-focused actions on your portfolio
- Ongoing management of maintenance and repairs utilizing our dedicated PM software Property Me and Airtable
- Liaising with Tenants and Property Owners of each property within the portfolio
- Oversee and manage the lease renewal, move-in and move-out process for all tenants under your portfolio
- Performing leasing duties (including but not limited to: open for inspections, tenant references and application processing)

Qualifications / Requirements

- Extensive Property Management Experience (3+ years)
- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration and Driver's License
- Proven experience performing leasing duties
- Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with oversight of your own work and the work of others (risk management)
- First class presentation and communication (both written and verbal)
- Ability and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Property Me is advantageous
