Desired Skills and Experience What your new jobs looks like As a Claims Consultant, you will work within our Claims Team focusing on end-to-end claims management, driving outstanding customer experience and delivering market leading claims servicethrough quality technical response. These positions are available on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. We offer a flexible location; however, you must work from out Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane CBD office 3 days per week. The position is diverse, and includes the following key elements: - Manage a portfolio of strata claims within agreed timeframes - Ensure the delivery of a "Concierge" claims service on every claim - Ensure regular and accurate reporting is provided to the Claims Managers - Assist with overflow of claims matters from other branches - Providing risk insights and guidance to the Underwriting team We’d love to meet you...
