Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Secondary Japanese Teacher to join the team at Heritage College, Officer.
This is a part-time, fixed term position. This position is open to graduates and commences in January 2026 and concludes at the end of the 2026 school year.

The successful candidate will demonstrate that they:
- Plan, prepare and teach programs to achieve specific student outcomes
- Use critical reflection to improve the knowledge, learning and skills of students
- Use multiple sources of feedback on their classroom practice to inform their professional learning goals
- Show a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning within the school and the wider Seventh-day Adventist school system
- Can support and actively promote, and not undermine, the Christian-based values and ethos of the College based on the mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Have the capacity to teach the Australian curriculum in the context of the College's Christian-based ethos
- Can plan for and lead daily Christian-based class devotions to students

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education
- VIT Registered Teacher

The salary range is $86k-128k based on years of experience.
