THE IMPORTANT BITS
- Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM
- $35PH + Super, Weekly Pay
- ASAP Start
THE ROLE
- Coordinate pre-employment checks including police checks and medicals
- Review medical outcomes and liaise with SHEQ as needed
- Track candidate progress and update SuccessFactors
- Draft Letters of Offer and consultation letters
- Prepare onboarding documents and collaborate closely with Payroll & OM teams
- Provide high-quality HR and administrative support to ensure all new starters are onboarded smoothly into SAP
- Assist the team with time-critical tasks throughout the DBS → BST transition
THE PERSON
- HR degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in onboarding, drafting letters, booking medicals, and supporting a busy HR or operational team
- SAP and/or SuccessFactors experience
