**About Amplify HR**

We started in 2016 and are on a path for growth, specialising in creating great places to work for businesses of between around 10-100 employees.

Our founder has spent close to 20 years in HR roles and holds a degree in business and a graduate Diploma of Psychology. **About the role**:
We are actively seeking new clients which has provided the opportunity to search for a new casual Consultant to join our team.

Examples of how our clients use this outsourced support:

- Advice with employee questions. For example, an employee applies for part time work and they would like advice on how to review and manage their request in line with Fair Work Act requirements.
- Interpretation of Award and employment conditions.
- A HR sounding board. We provide an avenue for managers to discuss issues, ideas, and emerging trends.
- Review of existing employment related documents and processes.
- Online training and development workshops.
- Performance management meeting guidance.

As the role is casual, there are no set hours, and you are free to accept or decline work offered. However, our goal is to build this role over time to be permanent part time. Therefore we are **not** looking for someone who already has their own business as a consultant and wants to take on extra work for a short period. Instead this role may be ideally suited to someone who has stepped out of the workforce for a time, but is interested continuing to build their HR skills working from home.

We have a modern office in Parramatta Square but you are not required to come into the office, other than once a quarter for our team day where we share (war) stories and develop our skills and friendships.

**NON-NEGOTIABLES**
- You must be an experienced generalist HR practitioner, ideally with qualifications to match
- You must have access to stable reliable internet
- You’re available for meetings on Zoom and MS Team
- You’re not running your own HR consulting business
