What you'll contribute to
As the Procurement Specialist, you'll design and lead smart Procurement strategies that strike the a balance of customer centricity, quality, value, sustainability, and compliance. Your work will directly empower the business to reach its goals faster, better, and more responsibly. The successful applicant would be based at Port Melbourne, however would need to work out of Altona office for a few days/ month or as needed.
This is a permanent role.
How you'll make an impact
- Champion strategic supplier selection through tenders to ensure timely delivery at optimal cost and quality
- Drive profitability with cost-saving initiatives and performance-driven supplier governance
- Lead key procurement projects with precision—on time, on budget, and on point
- Shape procurement plans aligned with broader business goals and policies
- Act as a vigilant gatekeeper of compliance, ensuring every move aligns with key regulations and statutory requirements.

- Strong experience in Procurement and vendor management
- Degree-qualified or backed by equivalent hands-on experience
- A customer-first mindset with sharp stakeholder engagement skills
- Expertise in tendering, contracting, and procurement frameworks
