Our team in the Logan region are on the lookout for a permanent,** Full Time Medical Receptionist** to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. As a Medical Receptionist you will be providing support to patients, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a smooth experience for their appointments. In addition you will be responsible for supporting the booking of appointments, records management and working with referring medical practitioners. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people.

This is a Full Time position working 38 hours per week, across Monday to Friday (8a - 5p) and occasional Saturdays (830a-1230p) with penalty loadings applied.

** We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist with previous experience in this area (radiology experience is an extreme advantage). **

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
