At ahs hospitality, we proudly stand as Australia and New Zealand’s premier provider of outsourced housekeeping management services to the hospitality industry. Now, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our teams across Melbourne, based in our CBD office

Responsibilities

- Client Operations and Account Management: Take charge of the operations and account management for various prestigious clients, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Leadership Development: Inspire and cultivate the growth of our senior leaders, aka Housekeeping Managers, through effective development, training, and coaching.
- Detail-Driven Excellence: Bring your passion for detail, quality, compliance, and health and safety practices, ensuring they align with the high standards set by ahs hospitality and our esteemed clients.
- Financial Mastery: Exercise full control over your region/'s budget and monthly P&L, showcasing your financial acumen.
- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrate forward-thinking, contribute to strategic development, and foster a collaborative team spirit within your realm.
